Plasticade Rhino™ Channelizer Barrel

Standing 44" tall, the Rhino Channelizer Barrel is the tallest, most visible barrel in the work zone. Thick wall design makes this barrel extremely sturdy and durable. Features molded-in handle with holes for mounting a light, and five tiers for reflective sheeting. Available in high or low density polyethylene. Secure with a tire ring, rubber base, or the rhino plastic base that can be filled with sand. NCHRP-350 Accepted, Meets MUTCD Standards.

PSS Lifegard Barrel

LifeGard and LifeGard II traffic drums meet relevant MUTCD requirements. They are approved for use under FHWA Allowance Letter WZ-54. Manufactured from low or high density polyethylene plastic, with UV inhibitors,LG and LG II traffic drums provide years of reliable use in harsh environments. Molded handle accepts Type A and C Warning Lights for increased visibility. Our patented tire collar ballast fits both the LG and LG II. Made from recycled truck tire sidewalls, our tire collar weighs 25 lbs., and replaces sandbags.Installs quickly and nests easily. LG and LG II drums accommodate up to 5 bands of retroreflective sheeting. Retroreflective sheeting meets all state and federal specifications, and is available in: 4" and 6" wide bands, Engineer, Hi-Intensity and Diamond grades. US Patent No. 5,234,280. PSS Lifegard 2 Barrel

In addition to the attributes listed above, the LG II traffic drum also features these distinct elements: The Intermittent Stacking Rim prevents drums from locking when stacked. The Stacking Rim also protects the sheeting when the drum is stacked or rolled. The Anti-Roll Feature, a flat section of the flange, slows rolling if impacted. Bent Superdome Drum

Double (one on each side) flag mount holes with pre-molded stops for all-purpose flagging situations. Enlarged arch carry handle allows gloved workers easy, comfortable and secure grip. Ribbed dome top for increased target value and superior structural strength. High gravity molded rubber base hugs the road as if it were "glued down." Recessed reflective band tiers, maximum width 6". Accommodates USA MUTCD 2" maximum spacing specifications. Two pre-molded light mounts are designed for standard size bolt and cup washers. Rounded dome top discourages any dangerous debris or rocks to collect on top of drum. Tested and certified to meet the crashworthy requirements of NCHRP-350.

Lakeside Director Barrel

The Director barrel provides the service features required in a plastic drum. Molded from impact-resistant low density polyethylene, the Director minimizes vehicle damage and remains serviceable after numerous impacts. The Director barrel and base design minimize roll after vehicle impact. The Director rubber base is designed to grip the road for maximum stability. Two weighted options or the tire-ring ballast will suit any job site requirements. The large access handle allows a worker's gloved hand to easily grasp the Director while handling or dragging. Our new lock-tight system allows the Director to be moved without separation of a base and barrel. The Director meets or exceeds MUTCD Specifications and is tested and certified to meet the requirements of NCHRP-350.
