Driven into the ground near the roads edge, the marker has reflective numbers attached to both sides identifying the street address. An improved design on the common 3 rail marker, Is the green marker in the image. It blends the perfect match of stiffness to drive into hard soils and the flexibility of fiberglass to withstand repeated vehicle impacts. The back rib has been rounded so the stress from impacts is spread over a larger area. This design also provides a better surface to apply decals. Unlike plastic markers that shatter or wilt in extreme temperature environments, the Tri-Flex shape is used to mark natural gas lines in the desert southwest as well as ice roads in the frozen tundra of Alaska. The fiberglass construction on all of the Glasforms flat markers can also survive ditch burns as well as forest fires.
The Sign Post Marker is our strongest marker and is designed to return to its upright, original position after impacts. The increased strength allows it to withstand greater wind loads resulting from holding larger aluminum or fiberglass signs.
