The CMS GP-232, manufactured by American Signal Company, is a small full graphics, full matrix, all LED dynamic changeable message sign that is fully programmable. The GP-232 is capable of displaying messages in either alphanumeric text or symbolic graphic representation and has the capability of retaining in memory preprogrammed and user-generated messages, MUTCD Part VI construction signs, and all arrow board functions. The sign is sized to facilitate mounting on pick-up type vehicles to support quick response incident management applications or moving work zone operations such as pavement striping, sweeping, mowing, etc.

CMS232T General Purpose Changeable Message Sign

The CMS GP232-T, manufactured by American Signal Company, is a portable trailer mounted, small , full matrix, all LED dynamic changeable message sign that is fully programmable. The GP232-T is capable of displaying messages in either alphanumeric text or symbolic graphic representation and has the capability of retaining in memory preprogrammed and user- generated messages, MUTCD Part VI construction signs, and all arrow board functions. The trailer mounted configuration affords an enhanced autonomy due to the solar charging of the battery power supply and the capability of optional remote operation. Additionally, the GP232-T may be equipped with an optional radar feature to serve in a traffic calming capacity, through the display of actual vehicle speeds, in school zones, work zones, or on residential streets.

The sign is sized to facilitate vehicle mounting on flatbed supply or attenuator trucks or striping vehicles to support moving work zone operations such as pavement striping, sweeping, mowing, etc.
