Durable, Lightweight, Feature-Laden. The Anchor Type III Barricade System is the most innovative, feature-laden system on the market today. NCHRP-350 certified and MUTCD compliant, Anchor Barricade has earned many FHWA Acceptance (WZ) Letters. Anchor Barricade is blow-molded from high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, with UV stabilizers. Anchor Barricade is made of three components: Anchor® Base, The Mast Upright, Wave Centerboards. Anchor Barricade is available in complete units or as components. For added versatility, hollow extruded uprights are available in 5' or 7' heights. Also, plain extruded center boards are available in 4', 6', 8', 10' and 12' lengths.
Also available is the Anchor® Type III PSST Uprights which can allow you to utilize your existing steel upright inventory. "Anchor 60" and "Anchor 48" bases are also manufactured for 1 3/4" PSST uprights and other 1 3/4" metal or plastic uprights. The Cortina Type 3 Barrier is built from other Cortina Products that make the M-cade barrier and use A-frames and Cortina I-Beam Panels. With the materials that create this Type 3 you can also have Type 1 and Type 2 Barricade uses.
